Q. When I update WordPress does it update all the sites?
A. Yes. This is one of big advantages of WPMultiSite. This makes updating lots of WordPress sites very fast. As you may be aware it is very important to keep WordPress updated.
Q. When I update Themes or Plugins does it update all the sites?
A. Yes. If you are using the shared content directory option then updating plugins and themes in any domain will update all sites using the same shared content directory.
Q. How is WPMultiSite different from WordPressMU?
A. WPMultiSite is focused on Mulitiple Sites rather than Multiple Users
Each site under WPMultiSite handles a domain name or a subdomain.
WPMultiSite reduces resource requirements while WordPress MU usually requires at least a VPS hosting account.
Q. Is WPMultiSite a Plugin?
A. No. WPMultiSite runs along side WordPress. Site setup is managed outside of WordPress.
Q. Can I manage all users of all sites from one login?
A. No. The users for each site are managed in the same way as a single installation of WordPress.

A. No. The posts of pages for each site are managed in the same way as a single installation of WordPress.
